Overview

• Handles a skilled level of administrative duties, verbal and written communications, outside enquiries, follow-up or explanation. May seek advise from a section leader but has some discretion. Handles a greater variety of tasks, level clerical staff.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines and expectations with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Purchase order creation and subsequent GRV's
• Purchasing clerk backup
• Resolving of VIM/ accounts payable queries
• Issuing on customer credit notes
• POD Scanning
• Goods receipt of flour STO's from Mill
• Raw material transfers between storage locations
• Closure of flour batches
• Monthly stock counts
• SACO system management
• Purchasing and management of office supplies and refreshments
• Telephone and Reception duties

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification- Matric with Certificate/Diploma
• 3-5 years relevant experience within an administrative environment
• Computer skills include Excel, Word, and other systems.
• S4/Hana (SAP)
• SACO system knowledge will be advantageous
