• Our client is looking for a Junior assistant for the CEO to join their boutique investment company based in Muizenberg.

CEO Support Role

The role

Communication & administration

• Co-managing the company inbox: email & WhatsApp.
• Daily check-in with the CEO on all communications in order to jointly drive critical decisions and actions at the end of every day, and set up the workflow for the following day.
• Managing the ongoing priority task list with the CEO.
• Managing calendar appointments for the company.

Operations

• Tenant & investor relations.
• Contractor management.
• Financial controls.
• Cashflow analysis.
• Making and receiving payments.
• Business accounting coordination: assisting the CEO in the financial management of the business.

Business development

• Sitting in on critical meetings to secure new deals.
• Helping the CEO analyse deals.
• Market research.

• Running with ad-hoc tasks, both business and personal
