Salary range: R720,000- R840,00 TCTC per annum

Job summary:

Pragma is busy expanding the scope of its training academy to focus more on blended learning with a global reach. We are looking to obtain the services of a business development manager to lead the way in growing the client base and revenue of the academy. The main responsibility of the person will be to create a marketing presence for the Academy (including published material, conference presence, digital marketing and social media), drive the sales effort for individual and corporate training programmes, as well as the setting up of networks and other channels to deliver our asset management training. The person will be part of the Global Academy management team and as such also help to shape the business strategy and day-to-day management of the Academy.

Qualification:

• Essential for the post: Relevant degree or diploma in training and education
• Preferred for the post: Sales and marketing qualifications

Experience Required:

• Training and education, preferably in an eLearning environment: 5-10 years
• Marketing and sales of services: 3-5 years
