    Job description

    • Technical Support & Query Resolution
    • Product & Machinery Performance Optimisation
    • Reduce number & frequency of customer complaints
    • Conduct root-cause analysis, offer solutions & prepare relevant reports
    • Conduct Fuels & Lube Surveys & product analysis
    • Handle insurance claims
    • Product Training
    • Train sales teams & customers
    • Product Quality & Information
    • Maintain & update product datasheet
    • Communicate technical specs to sales teams & customers
    • Maintain SABS Certification
    • Attend SABS technical meetings
    • Marketing Intelligence
