4X Seller Support Specialist (FTC)- Cape Town at Tych Business Solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Provide seller support via phone and email
• Resolve seller queries accurately and within agreed service levels
• Log, track, and update cases using internal systems
• Escalate complex issues where required and follow up to resolution
• Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and professionalism
• Communicate clearly and professionally with sellers and internal teams

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service support and/or seller support
• E-commerce experience is essential
• Advanced Excel skills
• Data analysis and reporting
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) – essential
• Additional qualifications advantageous but not required
