    Reception and Switchboard Operator - Stellenbosch

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Ensure guests are acknowledged, with kindness, warmth and sincerity, when entering and departing the reception area;
    • Engage with guests providing information related to the estate, the facilities, art & experiences;
    • Conduct estate tours with guests;
    • Operate telephone and switchboard service for all calls when required;
    • Refer calls & provide assistance to the appropriate person depending on the nature of the call;
    • Compile and update data related to the area of activity;
    • Complete and distribute information that needs to be communicated around the estate;
    • Ensure that lunch and dinner booking sheets from the restaurant gets communicated to the appropriate departments;
    • Keep management informed of all concerns that guests raise.

    Main requirements:

    • Grade 12, hospitality certificate will be a plus;
    • Preferably 1- 2 years previous reception experience;
    • Excellent telephone etiquette and customer-service skills;
    • Fluent in English with excellent written & oral communication skills;
    • Able to work in a team;
    • Good computer skills (word, excel, outlook);
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
    • Availability to work within Hospitality operating hours (e.g., evenings, public holidays, weekends);
    • Comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele;
    • Ability to work long hours without fatigue
    • Must be well-presented and have an enthusiastic personality.

    Guests Relations - Stellenbosch

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure all incoming emails, reservations messages are dealt with promptly and accurately, and within a 2-hour response time.
    • Assist lodge guests with reserving restaurants, tours, transfers
    • To be fully conversant with all hotel rates, including rack, special offers and contracted.
    • Ensure that bookings for each day are checked prior to arrival for accuracy and confirmations.
    • Ensure guest history files are used and utilized correctly.
    • Ensure all Special Attention Guests requests are dealt with accurately, and that every effort is taken to ensure they receive the appropriate service.
    • Prepare and manage the arrival responsibility. Send out communication to all departments each morning by no later than 10h00.
    • Prepare booking notes in a two-week cycle, ensure all memo notes are up to date with relevant information.

    Requirements:

    • Qualification in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism will be preferred
    • Preferably 2 – 3 years experience in concierge and reservations
    • Knowledge of PMS systems
    • Computer literate, knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel is essential
    • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
    • Comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele

    Marketplace Sales Associate (FTC)- Cape Town

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support onboarding of new Sellers and Vendors for Sponsored Ads
    • Assist in managing and optimising advertising campaigns (e.g. Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands)
    • Analyse performance data and report insights back to advertisers
    • Monitor and improve key advertising metrics
    • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, retail, and agency partners to drive incremental advertising revenue
    • Participate in regular consultations with advertisers to increase ads adoption and investment

    Basic Qualifications

    • 2+ years’ experience in account management, brand management, digital marketing, performance marketing, sales, or consulting

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
    • Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets
    • Strong written communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Basic understanding of digital marketing or online marketplaces (advantageous)
    • Self-starter with a willingness to learn

    4X Seller Support Specialist (FTC)- Cape Town

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide seller support via phone and email
    • Resolve seller queries accurately and within agreed service levels
    • Log, track, and update cases using internal systems
    • Escalate complex issues where required and follow up to resolution

    Skills, Knowledge & Experience

    Qualifications

    • Additional qualifications advantageous but not required
