Purpose of the job

• To grow market share and build relationships with the building industry professionals, to promote awareness and specify products based on customer requirements and follow through to completion.
• Target the market and create awarenes
• Identify and source leads within geographical boundaries
• Secure specifications
• Follow through to installation
• Key account management
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and cater to their needs

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12
• Business / retail related tertiary qualification / management diploma from recognised & relevant institution
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the building industry
• At least 3 years experience in specifying to industry professionals
• Previous retail operating system experience
• Able to read and interpret building and design plans
• Own reliable transport
• Valid drivers license
