    Service Delivery Team Manager

    Job Type: 40 hours per week. Some flexibility on working hours is important.

    As an essential part of the Service Delivery team, the Team Manager will be responsible for managing the site operations to ensure that all targets are met without loss in performance to the business. This role will require flexibility around working hours.

    The Key Responsibilities Of This Role Will Include

    • oversee and organise shift operations including all fleet, facilities and people management;
    • effectively manage the customer services delivery team to ensure that all orders are completed in a timely manner and exceed customers' expectations;
    • explore and engage with all business streams regarding reductions in staff turnover and increases in retention;
    • and ensure that quality standards and Health & Safety standards are managed in accordance with company policy and procedure.

    As an experienced people manager, you will be confident leading and motivating both large and small teams and demonstrate your ability to prioritise your workload and respond to changing business needs in a calm and focused manner. Flexibility and adaptability are essential qualities for this role, as is working under pressure and adjusting for operational challenges.

    You should have experience of chairing disciplinary, grievance and absence related meetings and should have experience of dealing with sensitive issues in a sensitive manner.

    Alongside a current UK driving licence, all applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent PC skills, strong communication, numeracy and literacy skills coupled with resilience, reliability and punctuality.
