Job description
Consideration will be given to a dynamic, results driven individual to lead Bytes Managed Solutions in people management practices and to manage strategic and tactical Human Capital support throughout the organisation which will encourage a dynamic and high performance culture. This will require a knowledgeable executive who has the ability of aligning Best Practice with Strategic Direction of the Organisation. Preference will be given to a PDI Female.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Executive responsibility to develop, implement and maintain a Human Capital (People) Strategy which is aimed at, among others, providing a framework for current and future Human Capital initiatives that will support the Bytes Managed Solutions Strategic Objectives and Business Plan with budget.
Reporting line responsibility for Human Capital Management (HCM)- (operational direct support and inclusive of the Group Shared Services) to support, develop, maintain Human Capital policies, procedures, processes and systems to promote efficiency in Talent Management in line with the overall Group objectives and Operational business requirements in areas such as:
