    Human Resources Business Partner: Organisational Development & Learning

    Job description

    Job Purpose

    The HR Business Partner: Organisational Development & Learning (HRBP: OD) is responsible for coordinating the delivery and implementation of the OD framework in organisational effectiveness, talent development, leadership development, employee engagement, culture and change management through effective project management and administration.

    Key measurable outputs of the position include:

    • Plan, coordinate and administer the Employee Engagement program across the organisation
    • Liaise with the knowledge management and communications teams to co-ordinate the content and delivery channels for the internal employee communication framework
    • Co-ordinate all logistics relating to team effectiveness i.e. global corporate conference, induction and team trainings
    • Co-ordinate and implement the Employee Performance Management (EPM) process including; administration, formatting, training, reporting and query handling
    • Plan and implement the annual global learning management program

    Qualifications and Experience Required:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or relevant OD qualification is required
    • Honours level in Industrial/Organisational Psychology preferred

    Technical Knowledge and Skills Required

    • General (pre-requisite)
      • In-depth understanding of Organisational development theories and systems
      • Working knowledgeable of Culture Change Initiatives
      • Working knowledge of Employee Engagement strategies and initiatives
      • Ability to track program quality and performance through internal systems
      • Ability to report clearly and comprehensively on a complex portfolio of activities
      • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders up to board level
      • Skilled communicator through written reporting and verbal presentation
      • Facilitation Skills
    • Organisation (orientation/probation)
      • Sound understanding of Broadreach values, mission, culture and leadership philosophy.
      • Align to Broadreach ethical responsibilities
      • Relevant systems and process knowledge
      • Sound understanding of the company structure and where to source information
      • High level understanding of the business strategic objectives

    • Statutory and donor regulatory requirements
