The ideal candidate must have the below requirements:

• MINIMUM 2 years’ travel industry experience - this is non neg.
• Product knowledge of local and international destinations crucial - experience through previous sales.
• Microsoft Office skills - Excel & Word Telephone and email etiquette essential.
• Customer service oriented individual GDS system experience not required but beneficial (Gallileo)
• Job description: Your role will primarily be qualifying clients based on their travel needs and calling the correct operator for the best quote.
• Customer service, turnaround time and building relationships with clientele is essential.

Salary offered:

• Very competitive and market related basic salary. Commission included after probationary period.
