Key Result Areas:
- Provide support to Project Managers with regards to:
- Capturing, creation and approval of Project Documentation such as:
- SOW, Minutes of meetings, Rollout Plans.
- General project administration tasks i.e. creation and filing of summary reports
- Communication with project stakeholders
- Follow-up on outstanding issues as specified by the Project Managers
- Follow-up on outstanding project documentation from regional offices
- Assist with the Facilitation of project scoping workshops
- Reporting on Project Status
- Arrange Project, BID Review and Presentation meetings.
- Provide Project Administration support to Bids, Proposal and RFP’s.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Matric qualification
- Project Administration Certificate (PMBOK Based) preferable
- 2-3 years experience in project administration
- Experience in MS Projects and Excel would be an advantage
- Solid understanding of a project’s life cycle and a methodology
Knowledge:
- Proof reading
- Exceptional Microsoft Office skills (SharePoint, Outlook, MS Projects, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Skills:
- Computer literate: MS Office (full package incl. MS Projects)
- Knowledge of Project Tools
