• Ensure the achievement of promoted brands sales targets
• Drive business and sales performance though SFE KPI achievement
• Effectively manage the customer database to ensure effective customer targeting
• Make every call count through effective execution of Project Excellence principles
• Manage RX pharmacy stock levels and effective promotion of brands to pharmacists
• Aligned Approach
• Effective implementation of Territory Action Plans
• Ensure effective execution of marketing strategies
• Effectively manage and allocate a monthly budget to territory activities that will complement the promotion of the brands, support patient wellbeing and gain a positive return on investment
• Lead Change and maintain self –awareness
• Adjust work by organizing and prioritizing tasks in the face of changing business needs
• Demonstrates professionalism in adapting to change and creates positivity within the team

B. SC / Business Degree or related commercial qualification or equivalent would be an advantage
