    Client Services Team Leader

    Job description

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the overall functional operations of the team
    • Primary focus will be on assisting Client Services and Premium Services teams with daily queries and request
    • Provide World Class Customer Service to our customers
    • Reduce Cancellations
    • Ensure the team maintain a minimum Quality Assurance score of 90%
    • Responsible for updating daily reporting
    • Conduct daily individual meetings with all staff members about previous days performance

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Completed Tertiary Degree
    • RE5 is an added advantage
    • Ideally 2 or more years experience in supervising a client services team
