Summary Of Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director, FHP and Zimbali Suites, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Assists owners with reservations in all Fairmont Zimbali Properties.
• Create Reservation presentations with good promotions and distribute that with owners.
• Update rate codes in PMS.
• To distribute availability within circle of our owners.
• Update the Department on the Rental Chart.
• To prepare Monthly Report for Reservations made.
• Update of Reservation chart with the later changes.
• Update PMS system with rooms and later changes.
• Attending to calls and responding to emails e-mails in a timely manner.
• To ensure the property is always 100% occupied.
• Perform tasks of a reasonable nature as and when requested by Management.
• Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety policies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous customer related experience required / 3 years experience in a similar position.
• Previous Property Manager System experience preferred
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
• Ability to surpass targets and goals.
• Dedication, enthusiasm, pro-activeness, and commitment to being the best.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to provide personal and sincere service.
• Flexible and committed to work, schedules may be varied at times and may include weekends.

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

• Frequent sitting throughout shift
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, walking and standing
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
