We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our growing team of Wine Merchants in our Call Centre based in Cape Town CBD. Successful candidates capable of building a database of loyal customers and can expect to earn up to R300 000 per year within 24 months.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Wine sales
• Build and maintain a customer database
• Generate and qualify leads
• Source and develop client referrals
• Make sales calls to new and existing clients
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships follow up on sales activity
• Contribute to team efforts in accomplishing organisational goals
