This role will be responsible for programming digital surveys using various survey programming platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Programming online surveys with the required quality and productivity levels
- Understanding and clarifying the project requirements
- Programming and testing survey logic (HTML, JavaScript, CSS knowledge applied)
- Developing scripts to handle custom functionality on online/mobile surveys
- Providing automation functionalities to improve survey delivery timelines
- All programming, integration, and deployment for our online/mobile surveys
- Developing and documenting survey programming best practice guidelines
- Undertaking quality assurance of online/mobile surveys
- Providing technical support to researchers/project managers/panel manager
- Providing cross-platform compatibility email invitations for survey deployment
- Proactively identifying and solving problems, exploring new technologies to enhance survey quality
- Working on multiple projects simultaneously and manage priorities on tight deadlines.
- Create client friendly reporting links
REQUIREMENTS
Personal Skills/Attributes
- Ability to work within a team, but also independently to ensure work is completed
- Fast learner, proven ability to deliver in a high-pressure environment
- Communication and project management skills.
Skills and Qualification
- Undergraduate degree/diploma in computer science or an equivalent IT qualification
- General knowledge of online research is a plus
- One+ years general work experience
- Experience in survey programming (advantageous)
- Knowledge of web programming (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, PHP)
- Experience with Microsoft application and proficiency in Excel
- Good analytical and communication skills
