A Billing Agent role has become available at a top SA Internet Service Provider (ISP) with a nationwide customer based managed from our offices in Cape Town.

The role requires you to provide excellent verbal & written support to customers. You need to be passionate about everything related to the internet and Billing related queries.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• 2+ Years’ customer services experience within a Billing environment
• Excel experience (basic)
• Good command of the English language
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Willing to work shifts (including weekends & public holidays)
• Reliable transport

Ideal Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in basic Accounting
• Basic bookkeeping experience
• Collections experience advantageous
• Exposure to a Customer Service Scoring system (e.g. Net Promotor Score)
