Join a leading developer and investor in affordable housing and commercial property in the inner city! Their residential units are stylish but affordable and their retail space provides opportunities for commercial traders. Our client's investments stand as a mark of quality in the rapidly developing inner-city. They are currently looking to appoint a young and "hungry" letting administrator to join their team to service 25 letting agents responsible for over 6000 apartments. Your responsibilities will include the creation of leases, the vetting of applications and reporting of these applications to internal agents and potential tenants. The successful candidate will be a fast learner with great customer skills who is able to work at speed to process these applications.
