    Management Consultant (Junior Associate)

    Job description

    We are looking for highly intellectual, enthusiastic problem solvers to join our team.

    The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

    • Bachelor's or Masters Degree from competitive program (top 10 students)
    • 1-2 years management consulting experience
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel (preferably including VBA Macros
    • Fluency in English required; mastery of 1 additional international language preferred
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Outstanding communication skills to work in an international environment
    • Entrepreneurial mindset and business sense
    • Ability to cope with higher levels of uncertainty, ability to work independently
    • Interest and desire to learn more about natural resources
    • Eagerness to push boundaries and take initiatives
    • Willingness to travel and spend time abroad
