Management Consultant (Junior Associate)

Job description

We are looking for highly intellectual, enthusiastic problem solvers to join our team.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor's or Masters Degree from competitive program (top 10 students)
- 1-2 years management consulting experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel (preferably including VBA Macros
- Fluency in English required; mastery of 1 additional international language preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Outstanding communication skills to work in an international environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset and business sense
- Ability to cope with higher levels of uncertainty, ability to work independently
- Interest and desire to learn more about natural resources
- Eagerness to push boundaries and take initiatives
- Willingness to travel and spend time abroad
