APL Cartons (Pty) Ltd, leading manufacturer of corrugated cardboard, seeks a dynamic Regional Marketer who will place high value on rendering exceptional customer service to clients in the Northern Cape and Namibian region.

After years of longstanding service, our current Regional Marketing Manager is preparing for retirement. Given his exceptional experience and relationship with the region, we are looking at recruiting his successor who can capitalize on gaining first-hand knowledge and experience from him. We hereby provide a unique opportunity for a suitable candidate to work for an indefinite period with our Regional Marketer to eventually take over. In this way, our valued customers are also assured of continuity in service delivery.

The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Familiar with the table grape industry in the Northern Cape and South Namibia
• Familiar with the specific packing needs of the region will strengthen your application
• Ability to grow and develop new markets
• Excellent interpersonal skills, specific to the people of the region
• Effective communication skills in both English and Afrikaans

The ideal candidate must be willing to travel within the target market area
