Key Performance areas:
- Provide consultancy and advisory service to management and staff on all Talent Management related matters. Coaching and up-skilling of line managers and staff with regards to HR services and Employee Value Chain
- Business need identification and HR solution alignment to improve business, team and individual performance
- Process ownership for organizational talent reviews, performance surveys, feedback and development programs. Leads and facilitates the organizational talent review processes for the group. May coordinate/deliver 360 evaluations, analyze assessment tools, and assist in targeted development planning. Provide field HR and operations leaders with support, communication, training and coordination of talent programs.
- Guides and consults with leaders to develop talent, HIPO, succession plans and replacement plans, leads organizational talent review process, career paths and development plans for high potential leaders. Acts as a coach to assigned leaders and/or manages external coaching assignments. Development, implementation and monitoring of Mentor Program for Key Man Dependent Positions
- Oversee execution of performance management, guides and consults with leaders to ensure quarterly performance and development review processes with their direct reports. Ensure all business units develop and finalize their functional and individual scorecards aligned to the company’s balance score card on an annual basis.
- Assist the company in creating a “best company to work for” culture. Manage the annual employee survey process and the facilitation of feedback and development of follow up action plans. Facilitates employee focus group sessions to ensure employee engagement.
- Process owner for organizational development and ensures that leadership development programs are tailor made for RMA’s leadership team.
- Oversee execution the organizational design, ensuring the org structure is maintained and up to date on system and job profiles.
- Manages the talent acquisition function, which includes procurement and building relationships with recruitment suppliers, job boards, and psychometric assessment houses. Uses social media to attract talent. Ensures all recruitment is processed on e-Talent System. Provides consultation to leaders and executive recruitment in sourcing high potential internal talent. Builds talent pools. Ensures Talent Acquisition Specialists sources talent timeously as per business requirements / service level agreements.
- Management of a team. Ensure the team keeps the relevant management systems and processes updated and adheres to service level agreements.
- Stay abreast of latest developments in management, leadership and OD areas and serve as an internal consultant regarding critical people issues, team effectiveness, change management, and employee engagement. Influence leadership by sharing ideas and best practices inside the company to continuously advance development programs.
- Maintain a High Level of Customer Service with all stakeholders
- Monthly reporting
- Undertake projects associated with human capital department.
