As a Travel Agent your sole purpose it to create the best customer experience by using your trained sales procedure skills, offering excellent service and your ability to build a long standing relationship to ensure your clients keep coming back for more. Attention to detail is key as well as the right attitude!

To become a team member you don’t have to have prior travel work experience however you need to be passionate about travel and you must have travelled internationally. You will need to have worked for at least 18 months and completed your tertiary education. Besides that, you need to be the kind of individual who is driven by success and who shares their success with others, who thrives on a challenge and is not afraid of hard work.
