Purpose of the job

• To assist Sales & Marketing team in offering a merchandising function
• Manage the external merchandising team
• Manage the TAL merchandising team within TAF
• Manage the sales out
• Identify areas of opportunities and liase with sales and marketing team to increase sales out
• Analyse competitor activity
• Merchandise TAL product and in-house branded products to grow sales
• Participate in TAL promotions
• Manage the key accounts with regard to the merchandising requirements for our customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and cater to their needs

Minimum requirements:

• Related tertiary qualification / management diploma from recognised & relevant institution
• Minimum of 7 year relevant experience
