About The Role
We currently have an opportunity available for an experienced HR Business Partner to join us.
Reporting to the General Manager of our Cape Town division this position has a dotted line to our General Manager of Business Partners in Australia, and is supported by our People & Culture Centres of Expertise. You will provide a broad range of HR services in support of TAL’s people, profitability and business objectives including talent acquisition, onboarding, policy advice, case management and advisory support to managers.
This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a newly created position that will develop our people strategies for Cape Town, collaborating and capitalising on the expertise of our team in Australia while reflecting unique South African needs.
