67 Director: Financial Operations (P5)
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Bachelors
- Experience 7 years
- Location Free State
- City Bloemfontein
- Job Field Procurement / Store-keeping / Supply Chain
Main tasks

1. Development of Policies, Procedures & Controls

2. Management of Procure-to-Pay and Insurance

3. Staff Management & Development

4. Reporting

5. Process Improvement

Qualification/ Knowledge and/or Experience
- B Com Honours or NQF L8 qualification with specialisation in Supply Chain / Logistics Management/ Finance
- 7 years related experience in Procurement/ Supply Chain Management including:
- Contract management
- BBBEE
- Infrastructure procurement
- Project management
- Procurement-to-Pay
- 5 years should be at Management level in Supply Chain Management or Procurement
- Desired Qualification, Knowledge and/or Experience
- CIPS registration
- Completed Articles (SAICA or SAIPA)
- Understanding of NEC contracts
- Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects experience
