Hello… an exciting new opportunity has just come available in our HR area. We are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Summary of Role and Context:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing an end to end internal and external recruitment process by driving talent acquisition strategies through utilizing best practice initiatives and tactics to source, identify, attract and hire talent into the organization.

Education & Work Experience Required:

• Matric is compulsory
• Relevant HR Diploma/Degree tertiary qualification advantageous
• 5 - 10 years experience talent acquisition experience in a corporate enviroment

Skills & Knowledge Required:

• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Results driven
• Excellent verbal and communications skills
• Strong relationship management skills
• Assertive
