We are seeking passionate DevOps Engineers with a deep understanding of enterprise application design and development, a passion for automation, and exceptional attention to detail.

What we would love you to have :

• Experience as developer at basic level and system administrator
• Good command of SQL, including joins, aggregate queries, constraints, indexes, views etc
• Basic understanding of asymmetric cryptography in context of SSH and SSL/TLS
• Experience with MQ solutions.
• Understanding of basic HA concepts (sticky sessions, active-active load projections)
• Knowledge of DNS
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP (UDP vs TCP, knowledge of how ping and trace-route works, simple routing principles)
• Understanding of HTTP and REST, including: (mime types, authentication, form submission, cookies, HTTP sessions, certificates)
• Experience with tools used in a development environment such as continuous integration tools, build systems, databases etc.
• Good command of Git

Expectations:

• Continue develop and maintain DevOps automation streams and continuous integration and delivery.
• Contribute actively for the daily development and delivery business.
• Understanding of limits of system components and how to investigate bottlenecks:
• Understanding what IOPS is
• What is CPU load, waiting time. system time, user time, idle time Technologies (May vary )
• Puppet and Ansible, or any other infrastructure automation tools
• Virtualization Hosting Technologies
• Experience with vagrant
• Experience with unattended Debian installation (PXE, DHCP, TFTP, fai, preseeding)
• Different Container Hosting Technologies
• Jenkins, Jenkins DSL, using Jenkins as an orchestrator for the automation processes. with significant amount of jobs, like 20+ at least.
• Knowledge of Java or another object-oriented language
• Experience with Linux/Unix and scripting languages. Debian/Ubuntu preferred, deb packaging is a plus
• Basic DB knowledge (as a DevOps is not a DBA).
• Knowledge of web application servers (Tomcat, Jboss .. etc depending on the needs of the project)
• Knowledge of JVM under the hood. & Experience with maintaining Java applications (understanding of gc, threaddumps, heapdumps, JMX)
