Job Summary

• Prepare and review monthly inter-company cross charge files
• Month end reconciliation of cost centres
• Prepare inter-company journal entries for month end global cross charge
• Manage queries from Global finance teams on GM Charges
• Payroll forecasting
• Preparation of annual and quarterly budgets for GM
• Benefits Tracking/Savings Analysis for GM Projects
• Project Management for GM Operations
• RFP Analysis for key GM Projects
• Accounting and Tax Analysis for Business Case proposal
• Compilation of business case and essential reporting
• Implementation of key internal controls to improve GM operations
• Continuously identify opportunities to save costs
• Manage stakeholders in terms of deadlines and expectations.
• Maintain process guides and weekly team meeting agenda
• Expense Management Data Audits
• Support in driving accuracy of Data across Finance
• Providing training and guidance to Global Mobility teams on relevant finance
• Support in driving continuous improvement/simplification across Finance with GM.
• Management of vendor escalations

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Completed Degree qualification preferably in Finance.
• 2 – 3 years’ relevant experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
