    B2B Product Manager

    Job description

    Job brief:

    We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

    Responsibilities:

    • Through a combination of inbound and outbound contact strategies, convert leads that originate from TotalSend’s website and business partners, marketing campaigns and email requests.
    • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
    • Effectively qualify, perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
    • Build, manage and keep up to date, a pipeline of sales opportunities using our lead management application.
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
    • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
    • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
    • Provide feedback to the organization on product requirements (customer)
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
    • Develop a high level of industry knowledge, this is essential and requires a fast learner with a willingness to grow their technical knowledge on the job
    • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
    • Continuously improve through feedback

    Requirements:

    • Telco experience
    • Proven work experience as a sales representative – SMS or email will be an advantage.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
    • Familiarity CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
    • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
    • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
    • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
    • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
    • Minimum of 3 years’ sales and sales experience ideally selling technology products to a business

    Personal characteristics:

    • Proactive, highly motivated and results focused
    • Capable of building a team rather than fitting into one. This is a ground up role, with future management potential
    • Proven time management and organizational skills
    • Self-aware, confident and determined
    • Excellent at listening, questioning, and responding to gained information
    • Must be comfortable meeting and exceeding monthly quotas and handling rejections
    • Strong IT competency is a must (technical by nature)
    • Comfortable working in highly flexible, entrepreneurial environment
    • Knowledge of sales methodology and can adapt to new sales methods
