Main Purpose of the Job

Produces logical and technical CRM specifications from functional specifications for netcentric (internet, intranet, extranet) environments. Does component level design. Responsible for designing new systems and major changes to existing systems and is responsible for the design of relevant databases, in conjunction with the Data Architect. Incumbent carries out systems analyses, design, system testing, security assessments, performance assessments and user interfaces.

Owning the technical leadership of CRM systems in Sun IT to provide a stable environment and optimise use of CRM systems. Ensures rapid response to operational issues, provides for stability in systems and pursuit of operational excellence. May be responsible for several vendors from time to time, including workload delegation and quality assurance.

Education

• IT Diploma / NQF Level 6
• ITIL Certification
• MCSE – CRM Dynamics is an advantage

Experience

Key Performance Areas

• Approve processing of vouchers completed by the Administrator;
• Prepare budgets and forecasts for Sunbet and manage according to policies and procedures;
• Review accruals / provisions at month end to ensure accuracy and completeness;
• Process month-end revaluations of foreign currency balances;
• Ensure all the necessary accounting transactions have been posted for the period to ensure that the trial balance is complete, accurate and valid for reporting purposes;
• Perform reconciliations on balance sheet accounts;
• Perform bettor funds reconciliation daily;
• Assist with withdrawals and reconciliations when Administrator is on leave.
