Hello… an exciting new opportunity has just come available in our Digital Solutiona area. We are looking to recruit a Digital User Experience Specialist.

Summary of Role and Context:

The UX Specialist role is to manage deliverables of User Experience within the Hollard Digital team, with direct responsibility for aspects of design and usability for all digital channels. Guiding the user experience for digital product design and usability to ensure alignment with the overall objectives for customer and broker facing applications (and in future staff facing systems).

The philosophy of the Digital Team is to always put the user at the centre of what we design and build. This role will be expected to represent the online user and find the balance between an optimal digital experience and the business need.

Education & Work Experience Required:

Degree

• Preferebly 6 - 8 years of UX experience.
• Having worked in a SCRUM/Agile environment.
• Having worked in a digital agency advantageous.
• Financial services and/or banking sector experience advantageous.
• Google Analytics experience / knowledge advantageous.

• Strong presentation skills.

Knowledge

• Dealing with people, both technical and non-technical
• Understand people, resolve conflict, and juggle multiple tasks
• Need to have an understanding of the architecture on-hand and use it to have discussions with developers, business and digital product managers
• Passion for the digital environment i.e. internet savvy and keeping abreast with latest trends technologies
• User focused i.e. online user/mobi-user
