Job Description
This position manages resources for the production of work by the internal Global Creative Services team as well as external agencies. Key functions include creative agency sourcing and management, budgeting, and scoping projects with Brand operations. This also includes determining resource requirements, setting expectations with the creative teams, providing reporting and analysis of project load and skill set capabilities, working cross-functionally with a wide range of client and colleague departments. All of these activities are in support of Sage branding, awareness, consideration and demand strategies. The Agency Services Manager works closely with the larger Agency Services team, Creative Directors, Creative resources, regional Brand Planner, as well as internal client and colleague teams – in the Africa and Middle East regions, but also in global and corporate functions. The position will be located in the Johannesburg Sage office, but will report directly to the Director of Agency Services in North America.
