Field Sales Account Manager: SADC at Sage

Job Description

The purpose of the role is to assist call centre agents and consultants with support related queries in general with a specific focus on all other African Countries guided by the Global Sage CS goals and measurements. The following applies to the SMB Payroll Products but can also extend to other market segments if required.

Key Responsibilities

• Expanding the Sage HR and Payroll user base by selling Payroll and HR systems to new prospective customers.
• Selling modules and upgrades to the existing user base.
• Working towards new Sales initiatives to grow leads and Sales.
• Establishing Sage as the strongest payroll brand in the industry.
• Cold calling on new customers.
