Business Unit: Deal Advisory Valuations

Reporting to: Partners, Deal Advisory Valuations

Purpose Of The Job

Today’s global environment has elevated the importance of valuations that support mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, tax planning and litigation.Our valuations team is a dynamic team of professionals providing a wide range of services to large corporate, investment funds, mid-tier clients and a variety of other stakeholders, across a number of industries.

We are seeking individual with technical skills and experience to bolster our existing team.

Key Job Duties Or Responsibilities

• Corporate valuations.
• Independent expert valuations.
• Financial reporting valuations such as purchase price allocation, and IAS 36 Impairment valuations.
• Dispute valuations.
• Tax valuations.

Qualifications And Experience

• 2 to 3 years of experience in some or all of the technical areas specified above.
• CA/CFA/Honours or Masters in Finance
• Strong financial modelling and report writing skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
