Key Purpose

To provide effective management of the Job Card to Purchase process in order to optimise Engineering efficiency and the return on Company assets for the ESM Retail division

Key Responsibilities - Processing of Retail Maintenance job cards

• Liaison with vendors
• issuing of purchase orders
• resolution of vendor payment concerns
• creation of bulk and contractual purchase orders
• admin & archiving of paperwork
• general administrative assistance to Retail Maintenance team

Education & Experience

• Completed Matric
• Mandatory 3years operational Engineering and Maintenance experience (Advantageous)
• 3years operational Operations, Plant and Sales stream exposure (Advantageous)
• strong Administration skills, attention to detail and financial acumen required
