We are seeking experienced and trained nursing staff for a new 60 bed sub-acute facility in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town providing high quality care to patients of all ages.

This brand new, high end facility is located near the Blue Route Mall and in close proximity to all major transport routes.

Duties Include But Is Not Limited To The Following

• Handover
• Ensure proper handover according to ISBAR process
• Clinical
• Ensure all observations and tests are done as per care plan
• ECP
• Ensure all tasks in the care plan is done and logged on ECP
• Administration and reporting
• Ensure proper management of stock and report any concerns to the duty Sr

Requirements

Qualifications - Qualified and SANC registered as Nursing Auxilinary( ENA)

Experience and Knowledge – Experience in Neuro, Stroke, Orthopaedics, Geriatrics, as well as experience within Sub Acute environment

Skills and Attributes

Strong interpersonal skills, professional communication, ability to work under pressure, making sound decisions, computer literate, professional, focused, fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English, well spoken, neat, compassion for elderly, be able to converse with people on different levels - staff, families.

Working Hours - Normal working days are Monday to Sunday. Day shift worked will be from 07h00 - 19h00 and night shift from 19h00 - 07h00.
