    Key Responsibilities:

    Factory Engineer

    Job Description

    • We are looking for an experienced Factory Engineer to ensure efficient maintenance, manage engineering projects and drive high levels of plant efficiency, maximum production and minimal downtime.
    • The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining health and safety standards and ensuring the plant meets environmental and energy requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage factory engineering projects, contractors and site work.
    • Manage factory repairs, maintenance and construction programmes to ensure optimal plant uptime.
    • Manage company assets and site-related engineering budgets.
    • Manage safety, health and environmental programmes and ensure compliance with the OHS Act and relevant legislation.
    • Manage plant, village and hostel utilities and infrastructure.
    • Drive optimal efficiency, productivity and quality of plant and processes.
    • Manage and develop maintenance teams and ensure effective performance.
    • Ensure compliance with ISO and Quality Management Systems.

    Minimum Requirements

    • BEng/BSc Engineering in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years' post-graduate practical experience in the operation and maintenance of a plant with a power generation capacity greater than 3,000 kW, together with the required OSH Act examination, OR
    • Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) – Factories.
    • Minimum 6 years' practical experience in an industrial plant, including knowledge of boiler operations.
    • Minimum 5 years' experience leading skilled maintenance teams.
    • Minimum 5 years' experience managing a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
    • 3–5 years' experience with CAD or similar drawing software.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical plans and drawings.
    • 3–5 years' experience working with ERP software; SYSPRO experience will be advantageous.
    • Strong English communication skills.
    • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365.
    • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and internet navigation.

    • A leading European provider of natural and premium pet nutrition who is seeking to open up an office in Cape Town is seeking a Creative Content Producer who will lead end-to-end graphic design and asset production across social media, campaigns, email, POS, packaging, exhibitions, and landing pages.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and produce high-quality creative assets across social, email, campaigns, POS, packaging, landing pages, and exhibitions.
    • Collaborate with Brand Leads to design email templates and campaign creative.
    • Produce landing page assets per Digital Manager specifications.
    • Maintain design consistency and strict adherence to brand guidelines across all channels.
    • Structure, maintain, and govern the master asset library (naming conventions, folder structures, tagging, version control, and access permissions).
    • Receive, organize, and tag assets from photographers and videographers.
    • Partner with Brand Leads to obtain asset approvals prior to library entry.
    • Act as the lead production contact for all brand POS and packaging artwork.
    • Develop production specifications from Brand Lead briefs and maintain master POS templates.
    • Manage print vendors, production schedules, and quality control.
    • Coordinate POS timelines for exhibitions with PR & Communications.
    • Project manage photography and video shoots (shot lists, location sourcing, scheduling, and logistics).
    • Oversee post-production editing, delivery, tagging, and library ingestion.
    • Partner with PR & Communications on exhibition planning, logistics, and visual asset requirements.
    • Assist with on-site setup and materials coordination.
    • Manage, develop, and mentor the Junior Creative Content Producer.
    • Delegate asset production tasks, provide constructive design feedback, and ensure overall quality control.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Experience: 3+ years in a graphic design or creative production role.
    • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
    • Asset Management: Proven experience with brand asset management, folder structures, and version control.
    • Shoot Experience: Hands-on experience or familiarity with photography direction and/or video production.
    • AI Readiness: Demonstrated experience with—or strong openness to—using AI image generation and productivity tools.
    • Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating broad design range and high-quality creative execution.
    • Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
