The Role

In this role you’ll act as a Project Manager within the clients professional services team, coordinating payments software development and implementation projects. You will have the opportunity to contribute to refining our project processes and procedures. You will be the key point of contact for major customers (large banks and retailers) and will play a critical role in managing on-going relationships with them. The ability to manage clients, control complex projects, and build strong relationships is essential for this position.

This role will also be a great opportunity for an experienced Support Engineer, Software Tester or Software Developer to step into.

• Coordinating full lifecycle payments software projects and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
• Ensuring resource availability and allocation
• Managing on-going relationships with customers and third party providers
• Growing your payments industry knowledge
• Contributing to the on-going growth and success of Electrum

Minimum Requirements

• 4+ years project related experience on software projects
• University degree with an aggregate of above 65%
• Prince 2, PMP or Agile training will be advantageous
• Payments experience (exposure to payments, reconciliations, core banking or retail systems)
• Experience coordinating sprint sessions will be advantageous
