Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, repair and maintain existing and new equipment.
• Carries out planned maintenance in the section and attend to breakdowns.
• Lockout & permit procedure to be used at all times when any person could be exposed to danger by the inadvertent starting of machinery.
• Ensure any dangerous conditions must be made safe immediately.
• Carry out visual inspections and sign the appropriate legal registers as per OHS act

Key Requirements

• Matric, N3 and Trade Test.
• Minimum of 5 years experience within a mechanical field and Seamer equipment .
• FMCG experience advantageous
• PLC, SCADA Siemens or Rockwell Advantageous
• Problem solving, team building.
• Computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP and AMM)
