Job Summary
We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers. In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions and proposals.
Responsibilities
- Scope, define and design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions
- Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis
- Work with core team on list of potential activities and solutions
- Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations
- Support deployment of solution
- Provide feedback to Research & Development
- Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing
- Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build
Minimum Requirements
- Professional Services (project delivery) Solution Architect, with at least 5 years’ experience in this role, within the mobile operator environment, focusing on project delivery of software and solutions that enable operators to manage revenue, network performance, customer experience and technology infrastructure
- At least 5 years’ experience in systems integration within the mobile operator environment
- Proven pre-sales experience as a Solution Architect with hands-on solutioning experience (Order Care, Charging, Revenue Management etc. - Ericsson solutions preferred)
- Proven ability to drive profitable business by translating customer needs and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions & proposals within the mobile operator environment
- Proven experience in driving end-to-end technical solutions with hands-on delivery experience (Order Care, Charging, Revenue Management etc. - Ericsson solutions preferred)
- Experienced in analyzing customer technology, defining business requirements & risk analysis
- Experienced in developing technical documentation (high/low level design)
- Experienced in developing and leading customer presentations
- Proven experience in engaging at C-level
- Proven experience of using tools and processes to achieve results
- Proven experience in team dimensioning for successful project delivery
Additional Requirements
- Knowledge/experience in Product Catalog, Catalog Management / Order Care
- Knowledge/experience in Cloud and Virtualization technologies
- Knowledge/experience in Charging Systems, Revenue Management Solutions
- Good foundation knowledge of Ericsson Solution and Delivery Processes and Tools
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in IT/Telecommunications
- Relevant industry certifications
- Knowledge/certification in TOGAF 9, eTOM and ITIL
