    E-Commerce & Digital Product Manager

    The Role

    • This is a build-and-grow role for someone who wants to own a product, not just maintain one. As E-Commerce & Digital Product Specialist, you will take full ownership of the Agrimark app and online platform — click-and-collect, online ordering, catalogue browsing, and the self-service tools that let our account customers manage their grain, fuel and credit accounts.
    • You will be the single point of accountability for the platform: shaping the roadmap, designing the experience, overseeing development and releases, running the testing, and driving the growth that turns features into adoption, transactions and customer loyalty. As the channel scales, the function scales with it.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Own the product roadmap for the Agrimark app and online platform, balancing customer value, commercial return and operational fit.
    • Design and continuously improve the customer experience across ordering, click-and-collect, catalogue browsing and account self-service (grain, fuel and credit).
    • Manage the release cycle end-to-end — specifying features, prioritising the backlog, and coordinating development partners and internal IT through to launch.
    • Plan and run testing — functional QA, user acceptance and A/B experiments — to ensure quality releases and evidence-based design decisions.
    • Drive growth metrics: adoption, active users, conversion, basket size, retention and channel revenue, with clear reporting against targets.
    • Use analytics and customer feedback to identify friction, prioritise fixes, and uncover new opportunities.
    • Work across Supply Chain, Finance, Credit, Marketing and branch operations to integrate the platform with ERP and account systems and deliver a seamless omni-channel experience.
    • Manage development partners, vendors and budgets, and build out the digital function and team as the channel grows

    Minimum Requirements

    • Relevant degree — e.g. Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field.
    • 3+ years in digital product, e-commerce or app product management, with demonstrable ownership of a live platform.
    • Track record across the full product lifecycle: roadmap, UX/design input, build oversight, testing and post-launch growth.
    • Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, agile delivery and UX principles; comfortable briefing and managing technical partners.
    • Commercially minded, customer-obsessed and able to translate data into decisions.
    • Self-starter who can build a function from where it is today and grow with it.
    • Advantageous: experience in retail or agri-retail, account-based or credit-linked customer platforms, and exposure to ERP integration.

Customer Growth Delivery & Enablement Manager

    The Role

    • As Customer Growth Delivery & Enablement Manager, you will own two connected things: the rollout of Agrimark's CRM, loyalty platofmr and digital platforms across our full branch network, and the broader sales tools and enablement that put our BRMs and branch teams in a position to actually use them.
    • This is a delivery, adoption and capability-building role, not a build role. You will be the day-to-day link between our implementation agency partners and the branch network — responsible for go-live readiness, field enablement, sales toolkits, and driving adoption once systems are live.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Own end-to-end rollout of CRM, loyalty and digital platforms across all Agrimark branches and formats.
    • Act as day-to-day delivery counterpart to appointed implementation agencies, tracking milestones, issues and go-live readiness.
    • Own the broader sales tools and enablement function for BRMs and branch teams — sales process, toolkits and floor-level capability building, beyond platform training alone.
    • Design and run the field enablement and training programme for BRMs, marketers and branch teams to drive platform and sales-tool adoption.
    • Monitor adoption and usage metrics — identify-at-till capture, loyalty enrolment, CRM utilisation and sales tool uptake — and drive corrective action where adoption lags.
    • Coordinate store-level change management, communications and support through each rollout phase.
    • Escalate delivery risks, dependencies and resourcing gaps to the Head of Customer Growth & Innovation.
    • Build and maintain a rollout and enablement playbook covering platforms and sales tools for future branch and format rollouts.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Relevant degree (Business, Commerce, Information Systems or related).
    • 5+ years in programme or project delivery, digital rollout, sales enablement or multi-site retail operations.
    • Proven experience driving adoption of a system, process or capability programme across a distributed field network.
    • Strong stakeholder management — comfortable working across agencies, IT, marketing and branch operations.
    • Track record of structured change management and training delivery.
    • Advantageous: experience in agri-retail, CRM/loyalty rollouts, sales enablement programmes, or franchise/multi-branch environments.

    Loyalty Operations Administrator

    The Role

    • As Loyalty Operations Administrator, you will run the day-to-day operations of Agrimark's loyalty programme, for both our Farmer and Retail walk-in customers.
    • You will be the operational engine behind the programme — keeping accrual, redemption and tier movement running accurately, resolving member queries, and supporting campaigns delivered in partnership with our loyalty agency

    Main Responsibilities

    • Administer day-to-day operations of Platform, including accrual, redemption, tier movement and reward fulfilment.
    • Monitor loyalty platform performance and data accuracy, escalating system issues to the agency partner and CRM System Administrator.
    • Manage member queries and escalations relating to points, tiers, rewards and account access.
    • Support the design and execution of loyalty campaigns, promotions and the prize ladder in partnership with Marketing and the appointed agency.
    • Track and report on core loyalty KPIs — enrolment, active engagement, redemption rates and tier movement — across Farmer and Retail constituencies.
    • Maintain loyalty programme documentation and terms and conditions and ensure ongoing POPIA compliance in member data handling in line with Legal's guidance.
    • Support the loyalty pilot and subsequent full network rollout, working closely with the Customer Growth Delivery & Enablement Manager.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Relevant diploma or degree (Commerce, Marketing or related); matric plus strong relevant experience will be considered.
    • 2–4 years in loyalty, CRM or customer operations administration.
    • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data and reporting.
    • Customer service orientation and query resolution experience.
    • Advantageous: experience with loyalty platforms, retail or agri-retail environments.
