    HELPING OUR CLIENT GROW GREAT BRANDS

    ROLE MISSION STATEMENT

    To run a highly motivated and inspired team of researchers to deliver quality insights to clients. Drive senior client relationships to the next level, becoming a trusted advisor and making meaningful impact on their business. Making commercially savvy decisions that will lead to profitability and growth for the business.

    KEY OUTCOMES

    • To gain trusted advisor status with all clients by engaging clients with passion and confidence.
    • Growing and building a high performing, self-motivated team of researchers
    • Actively living and breathing the company values and inspiring the CS team to be the best they can be
    • Making good and solid commercial decisions (resourcing, skills, proposals, client building, pricing, costing, training)

    CAPABILITIES

    • 3 year degree, preferably in Research, marketing, business, economics of social sciences
    • At least 4-6 year’s relevant market research experience in a research agency, client company, or management or marketing consultancy.
    • Must have strong experience in Quantitative Research, this must be in either Innovation or Brand and Communications
    • Exceptional communicator (written and verbally) and must have proven client management experience
    • Line management experience
    • Proven in developing and landing actionable insights for the clients the organisation
    • Good presentation skills, and report writing. Passionate about new technologies digital and mobile technologies.
