Job description

We’re seeking a creative and talented Copywriter with digital experience and outstanding writing ability to join MasterStart. Someone to work with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute effective content campaigns across all digital mediums.

MasterStart is the official reseller of online courses for USB-ED, the executive education division of the University of Stellenbosch Business School.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate content for promotional material from emails to website copy
• Executing on content requirements for new product launches
• Act as a brand champion to ensure content reflects the brand correctly
• Develop and execute on marketing content strategies
• Write SEO copy
• Prioritising and managing a wide variety of content marketing tasks

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification (degree/diploma/certificate) in advertising/copywriting/marketing/new media
• A great command of the English language
 and outstanding writing and editing skills
• A good understanding of promotional activities in a digital environment
• A portfolio of work
• Computer literacy skills
• Experience in Mailchimp and Wordpress
