Hello… an exciting new opportunity has just come available in our Compliance area. We are looking to recruit a Compliance Analyst.

Summary of Role and Context:

To provide independent assurance on key regulatory compliance controls in Business units and OSUs as per Compliance Coverage plan agreed with the Riskco. Enable best practice and appropriate compliance for Hollard Group and carry out all statutory compliance responsibilities in terms of applicable legislation.

Education & Work Experience Required:

• Bachelors Degree (Law, Commerce, Auditing)
• Diploma in Compliance Management
• 3 years compliance risk management , of which 2 years in Financial Services

Skills & Knowledge Required:

• Report writing
• Process mapping
• Intermediate : Excel & Word
• Communication - written & verbal (BU/OSU)
• Planning & organising - project level
• Root cause analysis
• Legislative analysis & interpretation
• Assessment of the adequacy & effectiveness of controls
• Business Acumen
