Lead Software Developer

Job description

About you

Required
- Proven track record of leading successful software projects.
- You are passionate, curious, honest and can walk the talk.
- You are proficient in at least one programming language and have a list of other programming languages you want to try out. In short you are a Polyglot developer.
- You have strong opinions on OOP vs FP, Monolithic vs Microservices, Waterfall vs Agile, Vim vs Emacs, etc.
- You believe in best practices like TDD, Refactoring, CI, CD, etc and know when and how to apply them.
Optional

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent area

What you'll do
- Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
- Collaborate with other software developers and researchers to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain internet-based business applications
