Deep domain knowledge of Risk Adjusted Performance management and Treasury Management and associated existing and upcoming regulatory requirements such as Basel iV / IRRBB and FRTB
Risk & Finance Data management knowledge will be beneficial
Must understand the vendor pressures to sell/achieve deadlines
IT domain awareness, including Oracle’s Footprint in Financial Services and Financial Services
Analytical Applications Suite
Broad FS business domain knowledge, including knowledge of EMEA banking practices,
regulations and nuances
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others
Excellent verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business
justification, closing techniques
Excellent relationship skills, with ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication

Experience:
Experience in the domains of Risk Adjusted Performance management and Treasury Management and associated existing and upcoming regulatory requirements such as Basel iV / IRRBB and FRTB
Risk & Finance Data management experience is preferred and financial and performance management background in banking is preferable
Previous experience configuring and customizing software for demo’s, running PoCs, managing workshops, preparing and delivering presentations
Must be comfortable with C level interaction and willing to travel extensively
Ability to manage deliverables with challenging deadlines
