Job Purpose

To maximize profit by achieving the expected standards on sales income and customer service through daily management of retail staff productivity within the branch

Education and experience:

• Matric
• A minimum of 3 years Sales Management experience in a well established brand
• Proven track record in the management of staff, exceeding 10 sales staff members
• Experience setting up, managing and achieving sales targets
• Operations, Merchandise, Administration and Stock Management
• Human Resources and Employee Relations exposure
• Proficiency in MS Office and Intermediate Excel
