Experience in analysing, designing and Development using IBM BPM
Extensive experience in defining and developing processes using process designer
Responsible for leading the delivery teams from end-to-end delivery standpoint
Knowledge on advanced integration components
Experience in creating coaches, reusable coach views, system and integration services, and team services
Contributed to best approach strategies for BPM implementation based on Process Analysis
Experience in Pre-sales, Architecting proactive solutions, supporting clients with value-adds
Lead/participate in development of POC’s, prototypes, presentations to customers on IBM stack
Prepare technical architecture/solution designs documents for multiple projects
Involved in inception/ strengthening of IBM BPM practice
Excellent knowledge of BPM concepts. Qualifications: Any Graduate and above Desired Skills and Competencies
Should have development experience in newer version of IBM BPM (8.0 and above)
