ROLE PURPOSE:

The Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record of 10 years or more as a Remedy Solutions Architect.

We are actively seeking ‘Great People’ to join the Quintica family.

Experience & Knowlegde

• Minimum 10 years of experience in systems analysis and design experience in delivery of BMC BSM solutions mainly on BMC Remedy ITSM product.
• At least 10 years of experience in delivery of IT Service Management applications.
• Two + years of project management experience.
• Experience in a Professional Services environment.
• Understand the business of IT operations, Business Service Management and foundational level of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
• Ability to configure, demonstrate and customise solutions.
• Experience in designing and implementing client facing solutions leveraging involving enterprise software.
• Experience implementing and integrating enterprise software applications.
• Broad understanding of Service Management best practices.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Define, at an architectural and design level of detail, technical solutions aligned with our client’s business problems.Communicate complex technical solutions to clients.
• Assist the Account Manager with scoping and planning complex service engagements.
• Build POV (Proof Of Value) solutions in demo instances for proposed solutions in context of a services engagement sale.
• Work with existing clients on developing technical solutions that may be delivered by Quintica Professional Services.
• Work with Pre-Sales Solution Consultants/Architects on new business to understand and provide continuity for POV work into Quintica Professional Services.
• Understand the business of IT operations, Business Service Management and foundational level of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL). Apply these skills and knowledge to improve the operational effectiveness of efficiency of the IT environment.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the BMC ITSM platform.
• Maintain current knowledge via internal webinars, case study, training, Wiki and all other resources available.
• Help mentor new Technical Consultants.
• Perform research into technology partner or other vendor solutions in context of client requirements for integration.
• Provide hands on assistance with the detailed design and implementation phases of select engagements.
• Demonstrate technical leadership on engagements with customers.
• Oversee aspects of project life cycle, from initial kick-off through requirements analysis, design and implementation phases for projects within the technology consulting area
• Assist delivery teams with resolving critical path technical issues, challenges.
